Kit Needed
• Frying Pan
• Mixing Bowl
Shopping List (serves 2)
• A handful of GBB Crunchy Curry Crumb
• 10 chicken inner fillets (they're more tender than chicken breast)
• 6 tbsps of vegetable oil
• Fresh lime wedge
• Fresh lime wedge
Method:
1. Warm the frying pan to a moderate temperature and add the oil.
2. Dust the chicken inner fillets with the curry crumb.
3. Add the chicken fillets to the pan and gently fry until golden brown on the outside and moist in the centre.
4. Squeeze a fresh lime wedge over the top of the chicken and enjoy!
