Sheaf Farm Shop is a very friendly farm shop in what seemed like the middle of nowhere down some very picturesque country lanes in Tarvin, Chester. As soon as you drive up, you can see their happy free range hens wondering the next field, it really is very idyllic. The staff are all extremely jolly and love to have a good conversation with you, and are happy to help their customers choose the correct cuts of meat that are perfect for them, even if it's cheaper for the customer, you can't complain about that service now, can you?
The farm shop sells a huge range of naturally reared home-bred lamb and hereford beef, fresh free-range pork and chicken, homemade sausages and burgers alongside a good selection of fresh vegetables and jarred pickles and preserves. They even have a bowl of lollipops on the counter for any younger visitors (or the young at heart).
There's no doubt about the fact that we want to visit Sheaf Farm Shop again, and we think that you should too! If you think that we should visit your local butchers or farm shop drop us a tweet or let us know on Facebook.
