So here it is, our first range! We've been busy working alongside some top notch British chefs & butchers to help revive some of Britain's classic flavours. Together we've produced an all-natural range of rubs & crumbs that bring out the flavours of amazing meat. The current range consists of British BBQ Rub, Apple Sage & Onion, Crunchy Curry Crumb, Lemon & Mustard Crumb, Bloody Mary Rub, and Roast Garlic & 3 Onion Crumb.

British BBQ Rub - We believe there's nothing quite like firing up the BBQ for the first time on a sunny British afternoon, so we decided to make an all-natural barbecue rub that captured the tastes and smells of summer. This smoked rub works perfectly when mixed with high quality mince to make homemade burgers, or alternatively, try smothering some large pork ribs with the rub and slow grill until dark and succulent.

Apple, Sage & Onion - A nod to the wholesome flavours of the traditional British stuffing recipe, which we believe is simply too good to be saved just for Sundays. We've given our savoury rub a fruity twist that you can enjoy all year round. Works wonders rubbed into a tender pork joint or sprinkled over lamb neck and slow cooked in a one-pot casserole.

Crunch Curry Crumb - An exciting feature of British cuisine is its ability to absorb the cultural influence of those that settle in Britain; we've been using curry powder in British dishes since the late 1700's & the first curry house opened in London over 200 years ago. We took in all the aromas & tastes of the very best curry houses and blended them to make a spiced crumb that's truly unique. Roll some chicken fillets in the crunchy crumb, shallow fry until golden & serve up with chunky chips & fresh tomato relish. Alternatively sprinkle the mixture on some fresh lamb chops, grill until golden and serve with sweet chutney and basmati rice.

Lemon & Mustard Crumb - A real lip-smacker, when cooked the natural sweetness from the lemon complements the heat of the mustard and earthy notes coming from the thyme. Brilliant rubbed into chicken quarters and pan roasted with a quartered lemon or alternatively try rolling a full leg of lamb in the crumb and roast until golden brown over some hearty root veg.

Bloody Mary Rub - Just like the infamous cocktail (minus the vodka) we found the fragrant spice mix really brings out the fantastic savoury flavours of quality meat. A heady blend of celery, worcestershire sauce & smoky tomato, this one's fantastic rubbed into a large hunk of aged beef rib eye, chargrilled to your liking with a few caramelised onions & a light dressed salad. For some added flavour mix with a glug of olive oil and baste over your beef or gammon steak as they cook.

Roast Garlic & 3 Onion Crumb - A warming blend that works all year round; shallots, red and white onions deliver 3 layers of flavour while the roast garlic gives the crunchy crumb an overall savoury note. Try rolling a rack of lamb in the crumb with a teaspoon of mustard, oven bake and serve with creamy potatoes and fresh green veg. Alternatively scatter over pork tenderloins & dry roast with chunks of sweet red apple.

Check out your local butchers or farm shop to try out the range, and if they don't stock the GBB range then let us know and we'll get in touch with them, along with letting you know where your current nearest stockist is. We'll also be releasing smaller tins to use at home later this year.
