You may recognise a familiar face in this shop, yes that's right, Prestbury Farm Shop in Cheshire is run by Debbie Stanley, and her partner, Coronation Streets very own Jim McDonald, played by Charlie Lawson. Prestbury Farm Shop supplies free range game, fine meats, locally produced fruit, vegetables and more. Their meat is reared locally in Cheshire and sourced from local farms, whilst the game is sourced in Cheshire and Scotland. Their main aim is to provide only the best Cheshire produce.
Come rain or shine, if there's meat in the counter you can get it BBQ'd be Charlie, whilst we were there the BBQ seemed very popular and it was easy to see why with the size of the cheese burgers that were flying out. Speaking to Debbie, she mentioned that everyone loved the GBB products on the BBQ, we love to hear about customers enjoying our products! It was also nice to see the GBB recipe cards sat on the counter alongside flava-it products.
Prestbury is such a little village with lots of lovely shops, but if you only visit one, let it be this one! We'll be bringing you more 'must visit' butchers and farm shops soon.
