Great British Butcher Crunchy Curry Crumb


Baked Scallops and Pancetta Recipe





Kit Needed
• 3 Baking Trays (2 the same size)

Shopping List (serves 2 as a starter)
• Around 7 scallops (the bigger the better)
• 5 piece of pancetta
• Handful of Crunchy Curry Crumb
• Flat leaf parsley to garnish



Method:


1. Heat the oven to 200 degrees c.


2. Coat the scallops in the GBB crumb, add to an oiled baking tray.

3. Using the same size trays, place the pancetta on to the bottom tray, and then add the second on the top, so that the pancetta is sandwiched between the two.

4. Add the scallops and pancetta to the preheated oven, and cook for around 8 minutes.

5. Carefully remove the top pancetta tray, and then add the pancetta to the scallops and garnish with parsley.

6. Eat up and enjoy!
