Kit Needed
• Large pan, suitable for oven use
• Mixing Bowl
• Grater
Shopping List
• 1 kilo of lamb mince
• Small wedge of parmesan (around 3 tbsp)
• 10 tbsp of Roast Garlic & 3 Onion Crumb for internal use
• 3 tbsp of Roast Garlic & 3 Onion Crumb for external use
Method:
1. Heat the oven to 200 degrees c.
2. Mix the mince with the 10 tbsp of Roast Garlic & 3 Onion Crumb, and then roll into 12 equal size meatballs.
3. Add the meatballs to a cold pan with a touch of oil, and roast for around 15 minutes.
4. Remove the meatballs from the oven, grate over the parmesan and sprinkle over the remaining crumb.
5. Return to the oven for a final 5 minutes or until the meatballs are golden.
6. Serve and enjoy!
A word from the chef: This dish works well with lots of different sides, but works best when paired with a simple tomato pasta dish.
