Lemon & mustard salmon recipe

Kit Needed
Pan
• Pan suitable for oven use
• Sharp knife

Shopping List (serves 1, easily doubled)
Handful of new potatoes
• Salmon fillet
• Generous amount of Lemon & Mustard Crumb



Method:

1. Heat the oven to 200 degrees c, and add a pan of water to the hob to boil.

2. Boil the new potatoes for around 5 minutes. Chef's tip: if you can pierce the potato with your fingernail they are ready to come out.

3. Top the salmon with the Lemon & Mustard Crumb and add to an oiled oven pan. 

4. Quarter the new potatoes and arrange around the edge of the salmon.

5. Add the pan to the oven, and roast for around 20 minutes.

6. Tuck in and enjoy!
