Bloody Mary Roast Pumpkin









Kit Needed
• Baking tray
• Sharp knife

Shopping List
• 1 medium pumpkin
• Good sprinkling of Bloody Mary rub
• Splash of olive oil
• Rock salt for seasoning



Method:

1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

2. Chop the pumpkin in half, and de-seed, before chopping each half into four slices.

3. Generously sprinkle the Bloody Mary rub onto the fleshy side of the pumpkin.

4. Place onto the baking tray, drizzle lightly with the olive oil, and add a sprinkle of the rock salt.

5. Put into the oven to roast for around 25 minutes, or until soft.

6. Serve on a board, and dig into your spooky Halloween treat.
