Woods Butchers of Knutsford happens to be a favourite for a couple of our fellow GBB colleagues here at the Flava House, so we couldn't possibly miss them out on a recent visit to local butchers and farm shops. Woods can be found in the centre of historic Knutsford, and they're well known for their award winning sausages, traditional dry cure bacon and gammon.
The shop is currently looking very festive with all it's Christmas decorations, and whilst we visited customers continued to pour through the door, this is one of the busiest butchers we've been in yet. A couple of the customers we spoke to had very kind words to say about the butchers, and mentioned that they've been regular customers for years and won't be stopping shopping there any time soon. It was also great to see almost the full GBB range on display within the meat counter, it certainly made us hungry.
