Kit Needed:
• Sharp knife
• Large oven dish
Shopping List:
• Leg of lamb on the bone
• Hearty shake of Lemon & Mustard Crumb
• 1 carrot & parsnip
• 3 or 4 banana shallots
• A few sprigs of fresh rosemary
• Olive oil, salt & pepper to season
Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees, (no more or the crumb will burn & the lamb would be raw).
2. Season the lamb with salt, pepper & olive oil.
3. Scatter a good handful of Lemon & Mustard Crumb over the top of the lamb and place in the oven.
4. After 1 hour of cook, remove the lamb, and add chunky cut parsnips, carrots, rosemary & shallots to the dish.
5. Return to the oven for a further hour of cook, and then you're done!
6. Serve up with some potatoes for the perfect sunday lunch.
