Kit Needed
• Cast iron pan that's suitable for the oven

Shopping List (serves 2)
• A handful of GBB Lemon & Mustard Crumb
• 8 pork tenderloin discs, half an inch thick
• A glug of rapeseed oil

Method:
1. Warm the cast iron pan to a high temperature.
2. Add the tenderloins to the mixing bowl and add a handful of the lemon and mustard crumb.
3. Add the rapeseed oil to the pan and heat gently.
4. Heat the oven to 190 degrees.
5. Pat the tenderloin discs in the lemon and mustard crumb, shake off any excess and add the tenderloin to the hot pan.
6. Sear on each side for a minute and put the pan straight into a hot oven until the pork is tender, and the lemon & mustard crumb is golden brown.
7. Enjoy!
