Crumb Topped Pan Roasted Sausage & Shallot







Kit Needed:
• Pan suitable for oven
• Sharp Knife

Shopping List:
• 5 sausages (depending on how hungry you are)
• Couple of shallots, peeled & halved
• Handful of Lemon & Mustard Crumb
• Sage, salt & pepper to season
• Splash of olive oil



Method:

1. Heat your oven to 180 degrees.

2. Bang some oil in a pan, add your sausages & halved shallots, and top with the GBB crumb.

3. Oven roast for around 25 minutes until golden brown.

4. Pop on a board and enjoy your simple yet delicious supper.
