Christmas Dinner - The Turkey












Kit Needed:
• Large oven tray or dish
• Carving knife
• Tin foil

Shopping List:
• 5kg of boned & rolled turkey breast (string left on)
• 2 handfuls of Lemon & Mustard Crumb
• Light olive oil, cracked black pepper, rock salt



Method:

1. Pre heat the oven to 200 degrees.

2. Glaze the turkey with olive oil, and season with the rock salt & cracked black pepper.

3. Loosely wrap the turkey in tin foil and oven bake for 90 minutes.

4. Take the turkey out of the oven, and remove the foil. Top with the Lemon & Mustard crumb and put back into the oven without foil to cook for a further 20 minutes.
