Kit Needed
• Casserole dish with lid
• A sharp knife
Shopping List (serves 4)
• A handful of GBB Roast Garlic & 3 Onion Crumb
• 4 chicken quarters
• A glug of good quality olive oil
• 1 whole un-waxed lemon
Method:
1. Rub the Roast Garlic & 3 Onion Crumb into the chicken quarters.
2. Place the oil in the base of the casserole dish so the chicken doesn't stick.
3. Heat the oven to 190 degrees c.
4. Add a whole lemon to the dish before you place in the oven, the lemon will permeate the meat as it cooks giving it a tangy sweetness.
5. Place the lid on top of the dish and place in a hot oven until the chicken is tender and cooked through, this should be around the hour mark.
